Here are some good tips that will help you to lose about ten pounds in a month without a strict diet . 
Speak to your mind daily that you will lose weight in a short period of time and you will be in a good shape.
Make a diet plan consist of eating healthy meals and balance your diet between vegetables , protin , carbohydrates and sugar.
Eat a healthy breakfast such as a whole wheat products like cereal or tortillas with milk or eggs and cheese and vegetables early in the morning.
Make a break between each meal at least four to five hours.
