Poisoning is a series issue at any age .There are ways which help to prevent poisoning. There are safety steps to prevent poisoning specially for children. The best way is to observe your child's behavior all the time which could be a sign for poisoning .
Check the medicine you bought for your child and make sure that the lid is secured and sealed .In case if your child was playing with the medicine , count the tablets left.
Do not take medicine infront of your children , they like to copy you .
Keep all medicine and poison material like cleaning , hair products , skin products in a high cabinet where children could not reach it .
If you can not organize or put things away every day . Make a room for poison with a sign on the door and lock it with a lock and keys .
Do not tell your children that medicine is candy even if you say that as a joke.
Do not keep any cleaning products under the sink .
Do not put medicine in papers or wrap it in foil or put it in jars .
Always put a sign on a poison material and put it in a secure place where children do not reach it .
Erasers , pencils , bar soap , make up products ,baby lotion and powder beside others things in the house are poison material so keep them away from kids .
Clean your house and vaccume daily and leave secure things for kids like big size toys beside furniture and keep all small things and poison products away from children in a locked closet or room.
